HOW TO COOK SAMBAL FOR NASI LEMAK??

HI EVERYONE!!

All of you may have some curiosity and eager to know on how to cook delicious sambal for nasi lemak! Am I right??



DELICIOUS SAMBAL FOR NASI LEMAK

On this post, I'll be posting some recipe and methods to cook sambal nasi lemak! I guaranteed you are going to love it! You NEED to PREPARE these INGREDIENTS and start off your wok for the day in the kitchen!

Ingredients:

- A bowl of anchovies
- Onions (Sliced)
- 2-3 spoons of sugar
- Salt
- Tamarind water/ "asam keping"

Ingredients to blend:
- Half bowl of blend chillis / 20 stalk of dried chillis (Boiled and tossed)
- 2 onions ( You can use SHALLOTS as well)
- 3 garlic
- 1 inch of ginger (OPTIONAL)
- A chunk of fermented shrimp paste (OPTIONAL)

go and grab these ingredients because this recipe will blow your mind with delicate and unique flavor and I am sure you're going to love it so much!

1) Heat up the large amount of oil. (If you want to know, a lot of oil is used to bring up the best taste for the sambal)
2) Saute the onion until it smells fragrant. Put up the blend ingredients dan stir the ingredients well.  
3) Slows up the heat and keep on stirring with low heat until the chillis are well cooked. (It may take some time for a while)
4) After the saute ingredients is done, put some sugar and stir it again. (Sugar makes the sambal looks great and shiny!)
5) Lastly, put some tamarind water, a pinch of salt and anchovies! (NOTED: THE COLOR OF SAMBAL IS SUPERB IF YOU USED "ASAM KEPING")
6) Stir it well until the sambal is cooked perfectly and ready to eat on!
